Novel BTS hehehe

Howdy partners in literary shenanigans,

We meet again! And with glad tidings for once as well as good cheer.

“A Banner Day!” as my mom would say.

Today I’m here with some fun paid-only content: a little behind the scenes (BTS) look at where I am in the novel drafting process. I decided I was fed up with everyone else in life getting all my energy so I am gifting myself writing time for the month of November! The goal is daily practice, not a specific word count, but I will report the word count at the end of the month anyway because I like data, lol.

I’m about three days in which means I have mostly just been trying to reconnect with my novel- it’s been 15 years in the making and undergone lots of revisions and changes, etc. (see older posts about this)- so sometimes I do have to get reacquainted with things. This time around, however, I’ve had so much information brimming in my brain that I just needed several days of brain dumping before I could even get to the drafting stage. Here’s a snippet of that:
